Ethan’s love for aviation started in 2015 with a J-3 Cub and countless fly-ins. Despite FAA medical hurdles, he earned his Pilot License in 2022, since logging over 500 hours in diverse aircraft while running his Milwaukee-based film company, DZZY FILMS LLC, and running the Instagram page @pdzzy.

Flying his yellow 1946 Aeronca Chief, featured on the 2025 FAR/AIM cover, Ethan is passionate about promoting general aviation and helping pilots overcome challenges. His YouTube channel, DZZY FILMS, shares aviation adventures, aims to inspire new pilots, and share his story.

Hangar 22 Coffee Roasters is proud to be collaborating with pilot and software engineer, Stevie Triesenberg, on our "Two One Charlie" blend and "Seven Seven Alpha" single origin coffee.

Two One Charlie is inspired and based off of Stevie's vintage 1952 C35 Bonanza. Seven Seven Alpha is inspired and based off of Stevie's 1949 Cessna 140A.

Stevie is an accomplished pilot using her social media presence to inspire a new generation of pilots to join the general aviation community from all walks of life. Stevie's passion for aviation embodies everything that every aviator aspires to be.
